Product Description

Product Overview

ORG istem is a human induced pluripotent stem cell(hiPSC) line generated from human dermal fibroblasts(HDFa)(Cat No. DFFV001) using an mRNA vector-based reprogramming method.

ORG istem maintains stable expression of key pluripotency markers during expansion culture and demonstrates differentiation potential toward multiple cell lineages, including cardiomyocytes, vascular endothelial cells, neural cells, and skin cells.

Key Features

• Derived from human dermal fibroblasts(HDFa)(Cat No. DFFV001)
• Generated using an mRNA vector-based reprogramming method
• Stable expression of key pluripotency markers
• Demonstrated differentiation potential across multiple cell lineages
• Cell line identity validated by STR analysis
• Viral safety testing completed

Product Highlights

Stable Pluripotency Marker Expression

ORG istem maintains consistently high expression levels of the pluripotency markers SOX2, NANOG, and OCT4 during expansion culture.

Multi-Lineage Differentiation Potential

ORG istem has demonstrated differentiation potential toward cardiomyocytes(TNNT2), vascular endothelial cells(PECAM1), neural cells(TUBB3), and skin cells(KRT5), as confirmed by lineage-specific marker expression.

Designed for Differentiation Research

ORG istem supports the maintenance of pluripotency during expansion and enables the evaluation of lineage-specific gene expression during differentiation. This makes it suitable for studies of cellular differentiation mechanisms and downstream applications.

Culture Protocol Support

Culture and expansion protocols, including weekly passaging procedures using ORG istem culture reagents, are provided to support consistent cell maintenance.

Cell Line Authentication

Cell line identity has been validated by STR analysis.

Viral Testing

Viral testing was completed with negative results for the following viruses:

HIV, HTLV, HPV, HBV, HHV
